Here is Leslie’s story.
12 weeks ago, I was eating everything in sight, hated working out and was constantly tired. Then, I met Huong, who changed my life. She taught me how to eat clean and get into shape. Huong encouraged me when I needed it most, and pushed me each week, telling me I could do it when I didn’t think I could lift one more dumbbell. I knew that this journey was going to be way outside my comfort zone. I knew it would be mentally and physically challenging, but knew that I had to stay focused and trust the process.
As a result of a lot of hard work and determination, in 12 weeks I’ve managed to bring my body fat % down to 12.6%, I dropped 4 pant sizes and lost:
23.5 pounds
3.5 inches off my chest
5.5 inches off my waist
3 inches off my hips
1 inch off my arms
Thank you to my family and friends who supported and encouraged me along the way. And to my coach Huong, for reminding me that it IS possible and that I CAN do it. I am forever grateful for everything you have taught me. It has changed me from the inside out.
