She is driven by a quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson, “The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be” Beyond the weights and sweat, Charlene  is a NASM certified trainer, a busy mom of 3 kids, continues to work at feeling young with her husband, and is an obsessed TWILIGHT mom.
