Personal Trainers
You have a love for seeing others around you excel and succeed. You’re driven by change and motivated by others seeking it.
Certified Personal Trainers will also:
- Promote the mission and values of Imago Fitness including exceptional service and the desire to influence clients on creating healthy lifestyle changes.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist clients in setting specific and attainable fitness goals.
- Observe clients and inform them of corrective measures necessary for skill and physical improvement.
- Certified Personal Trainers assist clients in maintaining exertion levels to maximize benefits from exercise routines.
- Offer alternative exercises and routines to accommodate different levels of fitness.
- Plan routines and choose movements depending on clients’ capabilities, limitations, and goals.
- Monitor participant’s progress and adapt programs as needed.
- Provide clients with information and resources regarding nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues.
- Respond to safety codes to possibly administer CPR/AED services to a member
- Build their own clientele
Skills & Qualifications
- Operational knowledge of resistance training equipment and proper form
- Communication skills, customer service oriented
- Knowledge of injury prevention
- Knowledge of basic movement and posture assessments and body composition assessments
- Ability to calculate target heart rate
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid
- CPR/AED Certification required within 30 days of hire
- Minimum of one accredited personal training certification
Employment Type
- Commission based and monthly rent based personal training employment available.
